I offer individual therapy sessions, deep-dive sessions, intensives, and somatic group workouts designed for transformative healing.
Session Rates:
✅ 55-minute session (Online/In-Person): $180 – $250 (Sliding Scale)
✅ 100-minute deep-dive session: $300 (Focused work on a specific challenge)
✅ Urgent Appointments (After 5 PM & Weekends): $250 per hour
Intensive Therapy Sessions:

- 3 to 5-hour extended sessions over one or two days
- Designed for deep, neurobiologically effective breakthroughs

Insurance & Payments:
🚫 I do not accept insurance.
- I am not a psychotherapist or social worker, but I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
💳 Payment Details:
- A credit card is required to reserve your session at the time of booking.
- Your card will be processed after each session or in the event of a missed appointment.
- Zoom video sessions available for online clients.
